Figure 1: Representative CLC-1 current traces in the presence of an increasing concentration of the channel blocker 9-AC. Currents were evoked using a double-pulse protocol from a holding potential of -100 mV, the first step was made to +100 mV for 300 ms and the second step was made to -125 mV for 300 ms.
